Chairman’s Message.

While establishing IPMC in 2007 we pledged ourselves to contribute value added services to our clients. Based on 30 years of experience in different types of projects including Hospitals, hotels, residential, infrastructure, commercial and public buildings. It’s common in construction field that projects are exposed to delay, over cost, low quality, poor execution, and many other risks. That made the construction one of the riskiest industries. IPMC is established to contribute effectively to solving these problems. We are keen to encourage the investors to have a safe and repeated investment in construction. To make this change in the business culture possible, IPMC developed the project management techniques such as risk analysis and mitigation, detailed planning, proactive controlling, strong leading, active coordination, problem-solving, and lean construction methodology. IPMC is founded to gather the brilliant minds in a harmonic teamwork, these minds are the main assets of IPMC. Thoughts and dreams are in need for innovators and experts to be realized, for this why IPMC is here.
